Bookings & deposits
Consultations and treatment bookings may require a deposit, applied against your final treatment cost. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of late cancellation (less than 48 hours' notice) or non-attendance, but may be transferred once with reasonable notice.
Suitability for treatment
All treatments are subject to a clinical suitability assessment. We reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment if it is not, in our clinical judgement, in your best interest.
Pricing
Indicative prices on this site are provided for reference. Final pricing is confirmed in writing at consultation and is dependent on the agreed treatment plan.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited under English law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
